Name, UD profile ID and the X,Y coordinates of the location where you will be waiting to be revived are all required. It is strongly recommended that you use a managed Revivification Point or a cemetery when available. You may find the coordinates of your location by refering to the map of Malton. See the wiki page for more details. You may enter any comments you like, such as your group or until what date you will remain at that location.
Note: If you wander away from your specified location, potential revivers will probably not find you, functionally mooting this request. You must be standing to be revived!
